ヒルトン・オナーズ特典利用について
ヒルトン・オナーズ会員のお客様は、ヒルトンブランドサイトにて直接予約すると、様々な特典をご滞在中ご利用いただけます。ヒルトン横浜では、ヒルトン・オナーズ会員規約に則り 下記の通り特典を提供いたしておりますので、ご予約の際ご参照ください。尚、記載されている特典およびアメニティは、ヒルトン・オナーズ会員様のみにご利用いただけます。ポイントの獲得および交換にかかわるヒルトン・オナーズの会員資格、ならびにホテルの特典およびアメニティのご利用資格は、ヒルトン・オナーズ会員規約、詳細と免責事項に準じます。
特典利用適用範囲について
ご滞在中の特典につきましては、ヒルトン・オナーズ会員様１名様につき１室（２名様まで）のみです。1室3名様もしくは2室以上のご予約にて同様の特典をご要望の際は別途ご料金が発生致します。
アップグレードについて
ヒルトンブランドサイト以外からのご予約につきましては、無料アップグレードの対象となりません。すべてのアップグレードはご到着時における全滞在期間中の空室状況によって提供しておりますので、事前のアップグレードは確約いたしかねます。またアップグレードの提供は、会員様１名様につき１室のみです。なおスイートルームはアップグレードの対象外となっております。

ヒルトン・プレミアムクラブ・ジャパン（HPCJ）について ヒルトン横浜はHPCJ対象ホテルではありません。

Regarding Hilton Honors Privilege Usage
Hilton Honors members can enjoy a variety of benefits during your stay when booking directly on the Hilton brand site. Hilton Yokohama offers the following benefits in accordance with the Hilton Honors Terms & Conditions. The benefits and amenities listed are available to Hilton Honors members only. Hilton Honors membership eligibility for earning and redeeming points and access to hotel benefits and amenities is subject to the Hilton Honors Membership Terms and Conditions.
Scope of Privilege Usage
The stay benefit is limited to one room per Hilton Honors member (maximum of two persons). A separate fee will be charged for reservations of 3 persons per room or more than 2 rooms, if you offer the same privilege.
Regarding Upgrade
Complimentary upgrades are not available for reservations made through non-Hilton branded sites. All upgrades are subject to room availability for the entire stay at the time of arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance. In addition, upgrades are limited to one room per member. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, suites at Hilton Yokohama are not eligible for upgrades.
Regarding Breakfast

Diamond Member Privilege: We offer breakfast at one of the following restaurants. 3F 「Parade」、 5F 「Executive Lounge」Operation Time: 7:00-10:00 (Last entry: 9:30) Gold Member Privilege Guests who have selected the complimentary breakfast as a My Way benefit will be served at the Executive Lounge on the 5th floor.
Regarding Hilton・Premium Club・Japan (HPCJ) Hilton Yokohama is not an HPCJ eligible hotel.
