モバイルバッテリーご利用に関するお願い

国内外でモバイルバッテリーの発熱・発火事案が報告されております。
すべてのお客様に、安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用につきまして、以下の通りご協力をお願いいたします。

1. 1. 1. 火災などの万一の事態を避けるため、就寝中や外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリーの充電はお控えください。
      2. モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電や、客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合には、以下の場所でのご使用はお控えください。
         ・直射日光の当たる窓際
         ・ベッド、シーツ、カーテンなど可燃性素材の上
      3. 充電中は状態をご確認ください。万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにもお客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。

なお、ご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合、安全確保の観点から、スタッフがモバイルバッテリーを安全な場所へ移動させていただくことがございます。

Request Regarding Mobile Battery Use

1. 1. 1. To avoid potential emergencies such as fire, please refrain from charging mobile batteries when leaving your room unattended, such as during sleep or when going out.
      2. When charging portable electronic devices from a power bank or charging the power bank itself using in-room outlets, please avoid the following locations:
         ・Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
         ・On beds, sheets, curtains, or other flammable materials
      3. Monitor the charging status at all times. To prevent potential issues, please use power banks only in locations where you can constantly observe their condition.
